Applied Herbal Choices

Zoopharmacognosy is a theory derived from the way animals rely upon natural remedies to self-medicate in the wild. Plants are medicinal and have been on the planet much longer than mammals.

Each animal is unique, family genetics, life events and environment can play a part in an Animals physical, emotional and spiritual health.

In practice, intuitive herbal medicating encourages animals to select their own medicine and control their dosage until recovery is attained, believed to have a holistic affect acting in several different ways to support the body, calming your animal, bringing comfort maintaining optimum health and well-being.

A consultation working only with the best natural compounds and essential oils provides education and training on methods, and advice on how to use herbs, powders, and oils safely allowing you to continue to care for your animal’s health and well-being.

To get the maximum benefit I recommend you book two sessions within the first month.

The first Consultancy session includes a comprehensive assessment of your animal’s history, health, diet and current problems. A flexible plan is formulated and a full session usually takes 2 hours giving your animal the time to work at their own pace to self select a range of organic essential oils, herbs, dried and fresh plants.

Applied Herbal Follow up Sessions

The number and frequency of sessions your animal will need depends entirely on their health status and needs. Benefits may be seen after two sessions and provides the education on methods, advice on how to use herbs and oils safely allowing you to continue to care for your animals health and well-being however some issues may require ongoing sessions on a recurring basis in order to bring back balance and harmony.
